Our Catering Team pride themselves in sourcing local Cotswold produce for the daily menus. We source many of our foods from local farms and suppliers; eggs, milk, yoghurts, bread and some meat products are produced within a ten mile radius of the Estate. Coffee used within the Centre is Kenco Rain Forest Alliance and supplied through a local supplier, Shakespeare Coffee from Bidford-upon-Avon. Also – water in the taps is spring water from our own reservoir on the Estate.!

As far as possible we use these local producers to source ingredients for our menus. We appreciate all the arguments concerning local food, food miles and organic production; however we use local producers primarily because the quality of their product is outstanding.
